Julie B. Aimen, Attorney at Law

Personality and Philosophy

My mother was a therapist and my father an attorney. I have done both; I am not sure there was much of a choice.

I have studied people; I have a good idea what makes people tick and a keen ear for what is being said. In the world of social work I learned how to recognize what my issues are in a situation verses what issues belong to the client. In that way I can better serve a client. My advocacy and listening skills and skills of negotiation help to zealously represent the interests of my client.

I have always worked with individuals in crisis. And, I believe that everyone deserves good representation. No matter what the offenses is, the State has the burden of proving the charge(s) beyond a reasonable doubt.

I enjoy learning new areas of the law and science; the joys of winning for those who do not believe that anyone has their interest at heart.
