I regularly handle felony cases from murder on down, domestic violence matters, and misdemeanors. I have been very successful at getting felony matters reduced to misdemeanors, or dismissed with pre-trial motions. I believe that a strong investigation is absolutely essential to winning a case and will not work in most instances without my client paying for an investigator and/or expert witnesses. In this day and age where science plays such an essential role in the presentation of evidence, a defense team must be able to meet the state’s witnesses with its own witnesses or, cross-examination that has been prepared with the assistance of a defense witness.
